We’re off to AIMS!

LMVG has now secured three nominations for our recent Legally Blonde production, at the national AIMS (“Association of Irish Musical Societies”) Awards, taking place on 17th June!! The annual awards ceremony in Killarney brings together local musical societies from across the country and recognises talent and productions that are simply second-to-none. This year, LMVG is extremely proud to have received nominations for Best Comedienne (for the amazing leading lady, Jacqueline Brunton), Best Choreography (Claire Tighe) and Best Musical Direction (David Hayes). The group will be flying the flag for County Kildare with great pride!

LMVG’s Legally Blonde showcased the best home-grown talent from Leixlip, and beyond. Impeccably directed and choreographed by Claire Tighe, the show also starred Ross Murray (Emmett), Jenny McCabe (Paulette), Ian Tighe (Warner), Orla Jennings (Brooke), Kirstin Smith (Vivienne) and Ciaran Mooney (Professor Callahan), alongside an electrifying ensemble and chorus.
