URGENT: Every THEATRE needs a LOBBY
The Draft Leixlip Area Plan outlines a vision for the future of Leixlip and disappointingly has omitted any reference to the Arts. This is despite the fact that Leixlip has long been seen as a hot bed for talent in the arts (Bands, Stage Schools, Musical Groups, Singer/Songwriters, Drama Groups, Artists, Music/Singing Schools, etc.) and has a multitude of passionate and vibrant groups who work tirelessly in the town, catering for all ages from 3 to 93.
LEIXLIP NEEDS A THEATRE to allow this vital part of community life to foster and to showcase our local talent, creativity and homegrown arts.
The Leixlip Area Plan MUST rectify the initial omission and include the provision of a Theatre in its final version.

You can do this by filling in the online form here, Just fill in your name, email, tick a few boxes and A SIMPLE “LEIXLIP NEEDS A THEATRE” IN THE COMMENTS SECTION WILL DO THE JOB or, if you are up for it, you can submit a more substantial document to support your submission. The more submissions there are, the more chance we have of success!
